Shipping

1. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs will be partially charged compared to the actual cost of the courier. The exact amount will be displayed during checkout.

  • For shipments to islands or remote areas , additional costs may apply. These will be communicated during the purchase phase or, if necessary, subsequently via email.

2. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times indicated on the site are approximate and not guaranteed. We cannot accept responsibility for any delays due to circumstances beyond our control or attributable to the carrier.

  • The customer is invited to consider the purchase a few days in advance to avoid inconveniences related to possible delays. However, we are committed to doing our best to ensure timely delivery.

3. Tracked Shipments

  • Upon shipment, we will send an email with all the information needed to track the package and monitor the delivery status. In case of any problems or delays, we are available to provide assistance and work with the courier to resolve any issues.

4. Delivery Delays

  • In 90% of cases, delivery times are respected, but for unforeseen reasons, delays may occur. Although we cannot be held responsible for these disservices, we will do our best to intervene promptly and resolve the situation, keeping you constantly updated.

5. Delivery Responsibility

  • Once the order is entrusted to the courier, we monitor the shipment to ensure it arrives as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. If damage or loss occurs, we will directly handle the claim with the courier, providing assistance and trying to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

6. Delivery Methods

  • Deliveries are made by a reliable courier such as GLS. The goods will be delivered at street level, at the point closest to the entrance of the property accessible to means of transport, compatible with safety conditions and the highway code.

  • For products weighing 50 kg or more, delivery will only take place in destinations that are safely accessible by medium-large vehicles. If the delivery location has obstacles (narrow streets, restrictions, etc.), it will be necessary to communicate this at the time of ordering to avoid additional charges.

  • There is no advance notice of delivery, but for bulky items you may receive a call from the courier to arrange.

7. Any Damage During Transport

  • Although the couriers we use are extremely professional, some items of significant size and weight may be damaged during transport. Before signing for delivery, we ask you to carefully inspect the package and report any visible damage by writing "reserve damaged package" on the courier receipt.

  • Any damage must be reported to our email address info@fevi.it within the same day the goods are received.
